At UP THERE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, offering a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-release products and sale items may be marked as final sale and ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, shoeboxes, and dust bags are included and protected.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
