Plantaris - Matte Black/Prizm Grey

The Oakley Plantaris brings a completely new edge to the sportswear brand's performance eyewear division. 

The unique arm design is the namesake for the model itself. Made from split titanium wire covered in a silicone ear sock, the shape is inspired by a frog's foot—with 'plantaris' being the main muscle responsible for a frog's impressive leap. The rest of the frame is executed in a two-piece construction, with ventilation along the brow and striking metal barbs on the curve of the lower half. The nose pads feature a flip-up design inspired by the Racing Jacket, allowing for easier lens swapping.

One of the more novel additions to the model is a removable noseguard, inspired by vintage alpine eyewear.
