It's crafted from cotton herringbone fabric and features a doubled extra-long uneven yarn in the warp and a varied weft with strong and weak inconsistencies. This natural irregularity in the warp and weft is characteristic of vintage textiles, resulting from the limited spinning technology of its era.

It's dyed with a colour-fading dye that grants the fabric a vintage feel whilst retaining the lustre of the extra-long cotton.
